Carette's first show

All I can say is: She's a rock star! Not knowing what to expect, especially with a not-quite-four-year-old-mare at her first show, 4 show arenas, music blaring, warm up insane, and she went in there and did her biz. Didn't look at the horse-eating-fire-breathing aliens in the judge's stand. Not only that, apparently the 20 minute warm up was a bit too much for Miss Courageous and other than being too tired to keep a steady frame, she was great. Won her class with a 68% with a nice comment from the judge "fun horse," and when she can keep her frame steady it will be a 78%.

Roadie Sold!

Congratulations to Kim DeLucia on the purchase of Roadie! Despite Roadie thinking he landed on the moon when he got off the plane with snow on the ground, he's adjusting and doing well in his new winter climate!

Prince Roadie for Sale

I currently am riding only 1 horse, a super sales horse named Roadie. I wish all 6 yr olds had the work ethic of this guy. He's going to make someone a very happy FEI horse and rider. Where in the World is Rya?

I am here. In San Diego, CA. Don't worry. I'm still riding.

Moving to San Diego a few years ago was a pricey proposition, but I'm glad I did it. Board is expensive. Houses are even more overpriced than the horses. But I love it here.

My beloved Rubicon has been sold and absolutely loves his new life as a fancy hunter. He is trained by Jean McGinnis who has done a great job with him and loves him to pieces. The best part, I still get to see him all the time. Damn I miss those changes.

My old FEI horse, Gruno, I hope, has a good home. He has traded hands a couple of times and I have no idea where he is any more. If you've seen him, please let me know.
